Media literacy is the ability to identify different types of media and understand the messages they’re sending. Kids take in a huge amount of information from a wide array of sources, far beyond the traditional media (TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines) of most parents’ youth. There are text messages, memes, viral videos, social media, video games, advertising, and more. But all media shares one thing: Someone created it. And it was created for a reason. Understanding that reason is the basis of media literacy.

Two Types of Audio Media
Two types of Audio media
1. Radio broadcasting live is radio broadcast without delay. Before the days of television, audiences listened to live dramas, comedies, quiz shows, and concerts on the radio much the same way that they now do on TV. Most talk radio is live radio where people can speak (anonymously) about their opinions/lives.
2. Recording played live
The term studio recording means any recording made in a studio, as opposed to a live recording, which is usually made in a concert venue or a theatre, with an audience attending the performance.
Text Media and Information
Visual as text is used as a combination of visual features to get a messages from the audience. Visuals and texts usually comes together to create more messages to the audience and for them to understand it deeper. In using visuals and texts there is a criteria to be followed, first the demographics, to know the clear intention of the piece, legibility, to use eye-catchy layouts , and copy length, the shorter the text, the better, so that people would easily recognize your advertisements or campaigns.

Some of the parents had an argument regarding to the bad outcome or effect of being addicted in the usage of media or online media. On the contrary, media offers a lot of opportunities that can help students to their study.

Students are now able to explore the world not only through books but also through videos, music of any technological medium that will catch their attention and will help them to become more productive in any given tasks. Usage of media also sharpens the analytical skills of the students by analyzing every information they found in the internet.

Audio is a sound or the creation of sounds that is usually used for live and recorded broadcasting.
There are two types of audio format; The analog and digital format. Way back in 1877, Thomas Edison invented phonograph the first machine used that records audio and reproduce analog sound. Analog is the oldest type of recording paraphernalia that replicates the sound into plastic discs or vinyl records.
While digital type of audio format is more efficient and less time consuming. It can be saved through a hard disk or computer and it is easier to playback the videos by just a click of mouse.
Audio media really help users though it is not so expensive but it is easier to use since it only needs an audio player only.

Motion media is defined as visual media that gives the appearance of a movement. It can be a collection of videos, images. Audio, text and interactive content are combined to create multimedia. In short motion media are moving pictures.

People as media means turning your customers into brand advocates by starting conversations and bringing like-minded people together and helping them understand the brand essence instead of selling it.
